These terms describe the MirrorTale digital and print-order service. Please review them before placing an order.

Orders And Payment

MirrorTale sells a digital personalized book and an optional Digital + Print package through Stripe Checkout. Your order enters the fulfillment queue after payment is confirmed.

Photo Permission

By uploading a child photo, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian or that you have permission to provide the photo for creation of the book. Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use.

Delivery

The digital cover spread PDF and interior pages PDF are manually reviewed before delivery and are normally sent within 24-48 hours after payment. Delivery times can vary if an upload is unclear, incomplete, or requires follow-up.

Print Books

Digital + Print orders are fulfilled manually after the digital PDFs pass review. Stripe collects the shipping address during checkout. We email print order and shipping updates when the physical book is ordered and when tracking is available.

Refunds And Corrections

If there is a problem with your order, email hello@mirrortale.com. We will review reasonable correction requests and payment issues case by case.
