Terms

These terms describe the MirrorTale personalized PDF ebook service. Please review them before placing an order.

Orders And Payment

MirrorTale sells a personalized PDF ebook for US$49.90 through Stripe Checkout. No physical book or shipping is included. Your order enters the fulfillment queue after payment is confirmed.

Photo Permission

By uploading a child photo, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian or that you have permission to provide the photo for creation of the book. Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use.

Delivery

The PDF ebook and separate print files are manually reviewed before delivery and are normally sent by email within 48 hours after payment and receipt of a usable photo. Delivery times can vary if an upload is unclear, incomplete, or requires follow-up.

Local Printing And Existing Print Orders

New hardcover orders are not currently available. You may print your ebook for personal use at up to 8.5 × 8.5 inches (21.59 × 21.59 cm) per page, or smaller. Printing costs are not included. A printer must check resolution, bleed, margins, and binding requirements before producing a bound book. The separate hardcover cover template is designed for Lulu and may need adapting for other printers. Previously purchased print orders retain their agreed fulfillment and shipping updates.
