What photo works best?
A clear, front-facing photo in good light works best. Avoid sunglasses, filters, or covered faces.
How are my child’s photos used?
Your photos and story details are used only to create and review the ordered book.
When and how will I receive my ebook?
We email your private PDF download link within 48 hours after payment and receipt of a usable photo. No shipping address is needed. If we need a clearer photo or more details, we will contact you.
What if the likeness does not look right?
Every book is reviewed before delivery. If the result clearly misses the target, we correct it.
Can I print it, and how large?
Yes. Use the complete ebook PDF for simple printing at up to 8.5 × 8.5 in (21.59 × 21.59 cm) per page, or smaller. Choose fit-to-page on A4 or US Letter paper. For a bound book, ask your local printer to check resolution, bleed, and binding. The separate cover template is Lulu-specific and may need adapting. Printing costs are separate.
Do you deliver to the US and UK?
Yes. We deliver digitally by email, including to the US and UK. The price is US$49.90. Your bank may convert the charge into your local currency. Hardcover ordering is coming soon.
